Interested in building an AI startup? Join us July 9th for some fundraising tips

Coming off another great session in May, we are keeping the AI party going!

Artificial Intelligence is top of mind with our clients at the moment; how it works, what makes sense for them, the secureness and scalability of potential solutions, and the expected effort to launch something impactful.

For this month’s Pitch Review Session, we are hosting AI startup, Plum Defense. They are setting out to build a SaaS platform that would make launching AI systems, like LLMs, easier and more secure. Their goal is to ensure engineers can plan for the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of their AI systems. This is done primarily through Plum Defense tools which allow an engineer to generate test cases to continuously validate system performance.

The idea for their startup came from seeing the need in the market, and the rapid adoption of LLMs outpacing the tools available for security and compliance. This leaves companies vulnerable, and security engineers usually don’t have the AI specific experience to implement security controls.

CEO Julian Norton will present his pitch to our panel of judges, which includes representation from thoughtbot, Forecastr, DocSend, and Power to Pitch. Two of the four judges are also angel investors, and each judge comes to the table with deep fundraising experience and a history of advising startups on successfully raising capital.

All registrants will receive special offers from the judges and following the feedback, the event will open up for discussion and Q&A so you can ask your own questions.

We hope to see you there!
